The Inclusive Researcher Network for Equality (IRENE)

Welcome to our research network! We are dedicated to promoting equality for people of all genders and diverse backgrounds in the scientific community. Our mission is to support female scientists in their careers, assist men and women in balancing their work and family lives, and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members of our network.

We understand that the scientific field has traditionally been male-dominated and we are committed to breaking down these barriers and creating equal opportunities for all. We believe that diversity in the workplace leads to better and more innovative research. We offer mentoring, networking, and professional development opportunities to support the advancement of female scientists and those from underrepresented groups.

We also recognize that balancing work and family responsibilities can be challenging for everyone. We offer support to help our members achieve a healthy work-life balance. Our network is open to all genders and backgrounds, and we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.

Join us in our mission to promote equality and diversity in the scientific community. Together, we can make a positive impact on the future of science.
